Steps to claim
Verify your ticket
Check your ticket number against the official Kerala Government Gazette notification published by the Lotteries Department.
Sign the back of your ticket
Sign the back of the winning ticket immediately. Do not let anyone else sign it.
Keep your ticket safe
Store the ticket in a safe, dry place. Damaged or tampered tickets may not be accepted.
Visit the right office
Go to the appropriate office based on your prize amount (see tiers above). Carry all required documents.
Fill the claim form
Complete the prize claim form at the office. For prizes above ₹1 Lakh, TDS will be deducted before payment.
Collect your prize
Prizes up to ₹1 Lakh are paid in cash. Higher amounts are paid by cheque or bank transfer.
Documents needed
Original winning lottery ticket
Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport or Driving Licence)
PAN card (mandatory for prizes above ₹10,000)
Bank account details for prizes paid by transfer
Completed claim form (available at lottery offices)
